Patricia Williams Mazzocchi of Scottsdale, Arizona, and formerly of Laurel and Salisbury, passed away on Nov. 11, 2020 in Arizona. Born on Jan. 16, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Lula Williams. Patricia was employed by Delmarva Power until she moved to Arizona. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Wootten; two nieces, Leslie Wootten and Paula Whaley. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.
