B. Vance Carmean, Jr. of Ridgely, Md. died on March 8, 2024. Born on Sept. 6, 1940 in Delaware, he was the son of the late Byard V. Carmean Sr. and Margaret L. Carmean.
B. Vance Carmean Jr. is survived by his wife, Kathleen Carmean, and their two children: son Blair R. Carmean (Cheryl) and daughter Michele C. Gangemi (Mario). Furthermore, he is survived by his brother Robert Carmean (Ruth), as well as seven grandchildren and their spouses, and two great-grandchildren.
