The Delmar Historical and Arts Society will present “An Evening with Charles Paparella” on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. at Melson’s Community Center, located at 32705 Melson Rd. in Delmar, MD with America 250 patriotic, folk, and spiritual music and conversation and dessert.
