He is survived by his mother Debbie Hignutt, dad Norman Hignutt, Jr., stepmother Linda Hignutt, his daughter Desirea, son Norman Hignutt IV, grandmother Peggy Kennedy, uncles Marty and Norman, aunt Chicki Kennedy, and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
