Helen Jackson of Delmar, Del., born Sept. 25, 1936, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Nov. 21, 2021. She was predeceased by her parents Lacey and Evelyn Hall, husband William J. Jackson, sister Beverly Boggs, daughter Pamela Coulbourne and grandson Cody Lee Coulbourne.
Helen enjoyed shopping and eating out. She especially enjoyed spending the winter months in Umatilla, Fla. where she made several friends. Helen and her late husband, William J. Jackson, owned and operated Welding by Jackson in Delmar.
Helen is survived by her children Theresa Bowden (Tommy) of Seaford, Robert Coulbourne (Terri) of Delmar, Keith Coulbourne (Denise) of Laurel and brother William Hall (Rose) of New Castle; grandchildren Eric Hearn of Seaford, Heather Gallegos (Juan) of New Mexico, Sean Bowden (Becca) of Bridgeville, Mick Tindall of Florida, Alexis Tindall of Delmar; great-grandchildren Callie and Brystol Bowden of Pennsylvania, Hayden Coulbourne, Sawyer M of Bridgeville and Cameron Tindall of Florida.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Brooke Lamenza and Marie Dorman for all their kindness and loving care for Helen.
