The Laurel Historical Society, with co-sponsors The Delaware Humanities Forum and the Laurel Public Library, will present “Talking Crayons,” a program examining Laurel children’s art work from the Great Depression and the World War II years. The program will be held at the Laurel Public Library on Tuesday, March 17, from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

Following a slide presentation, there will be a panel discussion to interpret the images with audience participation. Included on the panel will be a former art teacher, a retired pediatrician, a former history professor and professional historians.
