Richard Jerome Rowe passed away peacefully at TidalHealth Nanticoke on May 25, 2022. He was born on April 4, 1948.
Richard is survived by daughter, Alyson (Lilly); son, Ryan (Wendy); three grandchildren, Rylan, Ryleigh, and Gia; former wife, Karen (Joe) Owens; and sister Susan (Bill) Lloyd. He was preceded in death by his parents Hank and Ida Rowe.
Richard worked for Seaford DuPont nylon plant for many years. After retiring he moved to Florida for a while before returning to his home in Bethel. He was proud to be part of the First Calvary Division while serving in Vietnam where he made friends and unfortunately lost friends.
There will be a memorial ceremony for Richard at the Delaware Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro on Friday, June 17 at 1 p.m.
