Former Marine Corps officer, commercial pilot, and historian Paul W. Callahan will discuss his book “When Democracy Fell: The Subjugation of Maryland during the U.S. Civil War”, during his presentation at the next Manor House lecture. The event begins on Monday, March 9, at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at ACTS Manor House, 1001 Middleford Rd. in Seaford. Admission and parking are free!
