Patricia A. Norwood of Blades passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at TidalHealth Nanticoke Hospital.
She was born Jan. 14, 1943 in Easton, the daughter of the late Carlton Milligan, Sr. and Edith Mitchell Milligan of Federalsburg.
She graduated from Federalsburg High School with the class of 1961. After marrying the love of her life Bob Norwood she worked as a teachers aid for Blades Elementary for 10 years. Then she became a USDA inspector in Cordova, MD for 10 years. She was an amazing wife, mom, and grammie.
In her free time, she loved being with family and friends. She enjoyed going to the beach, shopping, her dogs Chewy and Sassy, cooking shows, ET and her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years of marriage Robert Norwood, her son Robert Troy Norwood of Blades, and two grandchildren Tyler B. Norwood of Blades and Tanner B. Norwood of Laurel; her brother Butch Milligan and lots of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Frank Milligan of Federalsburg and her sister Trudy Milligan DeAngelo of Seaford.
Funeral Services were on Wednesday, July 26 at Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St., Seaford. Burial followed at Bloomery Cemetery in Federalsburg.
