Matthew (Matt) Sumner Cell of Seaford sadly passed away on Sept. 9, 2022. He was born to Paul Milton Cell and Brenda (Cell) Johnson on March 13, 1981. Matt attended Seaford High School.
Matt loved surfing the waves in the ocean and playing his guitar. He also had a hidden talent as an amazing sketch artist. He loved his family, and they loved him very much.
Matt is survived by his father, Paul Milton Cell, and his mother, Brenda (stepfather Ron) Johnson; his sons Cody Coleman, Russell and Josh (their mother, and ex-partner, Isabelle Mayhugh); a brother Tim (Stephanie) Cell; a nephew, Hayden; and several aunts, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 15 between 5 and 7 p.m. at Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N Shipley Street, Seaford, DE 19973.
