Kip Pierce Davis of Berkeley Springs, WV, entered into rest June 6, 2022, in his home. Kip was born Nov. 29, 1964, in Seaford, a son of William Thomas Davis of Dagsboro and Marian Frances (Dukes) Davis of Chambersburg, PA. His stepmother, Carol Davis of Dagsboro, also survives. His schooling was in Seaford, and Chambersburg. He had a passion for history and reading and learning about its many aspects brought him much joy.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother and caregiver, William Chris Davis, with whom he resided; three daughters, Rachel and Emily Davis and Samantha Moman, all of Sacramento, CA; five grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Chuck Davis in 1966.
A graveside service will be held in the Concord United Methodist Church Cemetery in Seaford on Saturday, July 30, at 1 p.m. Arrangements are with Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home & Crematory, Spring Run, PA, www.agettlakjer.com.
