Frank Calvin Hunsberger of Bridgeville passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023 at ACTS Manor House in Seaford. He was born on July 24, 1925 in Philadelphia, Pa., son of the late Ulysses S. Hunsberger and Emma (Emily) C. Ciampa. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brothers: Elwood “Woody” Hunsberger and William Hunsberger.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 75 years, Charlotte Edith Hunsberger; his daughters: Linda Weiser, Nancy Zatsick (Dan), and Wendy Hunsberger; his granddaughter, Gina Mehdi (Omar); his great-grandsons: Nathan and Joshua Mehdi; and his brother, Robert Hunsberger (Suzanne).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, Oct. 9 at 2 p.m. at ACTS Manor House, 1001 Middleford Road, Seaford. Arrangements have been entrusted to Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel in Bridgeville.
