Effie Yoder of Greenwood went home to be with her Lord on the Lord’s Day, Sunday, May 15, 2022 after a short illness. She was born March 5, 1931 to Annie (Schrock) Miller and Eli Miller of Dover. She was the fourth child in a family of five. Effie was preceded in death by her parents; her four siblings, Ammon, Irvin, Esther (Miller) Chaffinch and Henry; her husband Samuel Yoder and a daughter-in-law, Ina Yoder.
Effie is survived by a son Ronald Yoder (Martha) of Greenwood; two daughters also of Greenwood, Ramona Carter (Dale) and Rhonda Brenneman (Carl); seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren who affectionately called her grandma, extended family and friends.
Her services have taken place at Greenwood Mennonite Church where she was a member. She rests with her husband at the church cemetery.
The family wishes to thank many friends and relatives who have shown their support as we celebrate Mom’s change of address to the streets of Heaven.
