Adults 18 and up, on Thursday, April 23, at 11:30 a.m., Chef Scott Kemp will demonstrate how to make a vinaigrette/salad dressing with a small green salad, sweet and spicy brussels sprouts, and a honey BBQ sauce with grilled chicken tenders for dipping.
