It is with great sadness that the family of Kathy S. Miller announces her passing at TidalHealth in Salisbury on Friday, March 27, 2026.
Kathy was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on Dec. 14, 1953 to Reverend Clark S. Culp and Margaret V. Culp. She was a wife, mother, and homemaker and her family was most important to her. She loved the Lord and was a lifelong member of the Church of God.
Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jack Miller; her children, Greg Miller (Laura), Margaret-Ann (Molly) Miller (Kyal), Randy Miller; 11 grandchildren; her brother, Clark Culp Jr.; her sister, Nancy Culp Wolfe (Jerry); and a host of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, William David Miller, and her parents, Reverend Clark S. Culp and Margaret V. Culp.
A celebration of life to honor her will be held at Lifeway Church of God, 7046 Seashore Highway, Bridgeville, DE 19933. The service will be held on Saturday, May 2 at 11 a.m.
