Want to give physical activity a try? Don’t want to do it alone?

The University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, in partnership with community organizations throughout the state, will be hosting Walk and Roll community-based physical activity clubs. Led by Walk and Roll leaders who are CPR certified, sessions will consist of a warm-up, light stretching, a walking/rolling session, and a cool down.

The local group’s schedule is as follows:

Seaford- Seaford Sports Complex Walking Path- Fall- Wednesday, Sept. 27-Nov. 1, noon-1 p.m.; winter- Wednesdays, Nov. 8-Dec. 13, noon-1 p.m.

Sessions are free. All sites are wheelchair and stroller accessible. The deadlines to register are: Fall- Sept. 15 and winter- Oct. 27. Register at http://www.udel.edu/0010863.
