Rebecca “Becky” Horsman Joseph of Laurel went to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on May 11, 2020.
Becky was born in Salisbury, a daughter of the late Edward and Betty Horsman.
She grew up in Bivalve, Md. and later moved to Laurel, where she was the office manager for Laurel Realty and was the municipal clerk for the Town of Delmar. She was a past member of Christ the Corner Stone Church and most recently Shiloh Community Church. She was very musically talented as a guitar player and singer, she could be found singing at churches and nursing homes with her band. She was always ready to lend a hand to someone in need.
Becky is survived by her husband Lane Joseph of Laurel; her son, Kenneth Joseph and wife Kimberly of Salisbury; a brother, Edward Horsman and wife Nancy and sister, Karen Horsman and Jimmy Jones; grandchildren, Mikayla Joseph and Kara Joseph.
A celebration of Life will be held at Shiloh Community Church in the near future.
