AWARD WINNER - Graycen Malchow of Laurel, shown with Governor Matt Meyer, was the winner of the Leila E. Hopkins Memorial Award in the Children’s Department at the 2026 Delaware State Fair for earning the most points in the department. Graycen earned many blue ribbons for her 4-H exhibits as well.
