Joan A. Sears of Seaford, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.
Joan was a dietitian and worked for the Manor House and then later for CHEER. In her younger years, she was a Girl Scout leader.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Kenneth Sears; two daughters, Rene Perez (Ira) and Jewel Reagan (John); three grandchildren, Tara Abraham (Matt), Scout Perez and Saylor Perez; one great-grandchild, Matthew Abraham; a sister, Gail Phillips; brother-in-law, Wayne Sears (Diane); and several nephews.
Memorial services were held on Saturday, March 7, at the Church of Nazarene, Seaford.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Church of Nazarene, 25667 Faith Ln., Seaford, DE 19973.
