The Greenwood Memorial VFW Post 7478 and its auxiliary invite the public to attend a spring yard sale and Armed Forces Day picnic on May 21 on the post grounds. The picnic and honoring America’s veterans will begin at 9 a.m. Yard sale set up is on May 21 at 7 a.m. and will conclude by 2 p.m. Tables and/or floor space is $10 per table/space.
You must contact President Margo Ellers for renting table/space at (cell) 302-883-4922. Cash only for rental payment. The VFW Post 7478 location is at the corner of Mill Street and Governors Avenue in Greenwood. Come and shop, eat, honor our veterans, and find a few surprises.
