Grace Walker Beiser of Seaford died in her home Feb. 21, 2022. She was born at home in Blades to Hartzel and Nellie Walker. After attending Seaford schools she went on to the University of Delaware and graduated with an elementary education degree. She taught kindergarten in Seaford and Blades for 20 years.
Grace married William (Bill) Beiser in 1951 and they celebrated their 70th anniversary last year. They traveled extensively around the world during their time together. Grace also enjoyed the outdoors and nature, and was active in local birding clubs.
She is survived by her husband and four children and their spouses, Chris (Musab), Cindy, Mike (Teresa) and Anne (Brent) and grandchildren Laura, Tyler, and Genoa. There will be no formal memorial service. She donated her body to the University of Delaware, Physical Therapy Program.
