Betty Jane Blades of Seaford passed away at her home on Nov. 3, 2022. Born in Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Laura King. Betty was a loving homemaker and worked as a seamstress for the Ganz Sewing Factory in the 1970s. She enjoyed gardening and planting flowers, and loved all animals.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Blades; and her siblings, Lewis King, Virgil King, Jr. King, Elmer King, Marjorie Baker, Beatrice Wilson, and Shirley King.
