The Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street program, in cooperation with the Delaware Humanities Council, presents “Crossroads: Change in Rural America.” The exhibit that examines the evolving landscape of rural America opened at the Seaford Museum Saturday, April 22.
“Crossroads” will be on view through June 24 in the Webb Room of the Museum. The cost of attending only this exhibit will be $3, while attending the entire museum as well as the Crossroads Exhibition is $7. Children under 12 are admitted free of charge. In addition to the Smithsonian Exhibition, the Department 56 communities of the museum’s annual train exhibit will also be on display in the Webb Room.
The museum will be open on a new schedule: Tuesday through Thursday afternoons by calling 302-628–9828 and making an appointment. The museum will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 1 to 4 p.m. throughout the Smithsonian Exhibit.
