Thomas G. Peters of Seaford passed away on March 2, 2024. He was born on April 29, 1945 in Baltimore to the late George and Genevieve Peters.
Thomas, a Navy Veteran, served his country with honor. After his military service, he pursued a career as a Cable Splicer with the Maryland Telephone company. He was a dedicated worker and loved the work.
In his free time during retirement, Thomas enjoyed going to the senior center in Seaford and the American Legion. He found joy in the company of others and was liked by everyone he met.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Linda Peters and his children Christopher Peters, Thomas Peters Jr. and Michele Krause, along with eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was a loving father and grandfather, cherished by his family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Thomas’s life.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Milford Veteran Home, 100 Delaware Veterans Blvd., Milford, DE 19963, in honor of Thomas G. Peters.
Thomas will be deeply missed by his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
