St. Stephen’s Church in Delmar will be having a Drive Thru Beef and Dumpling Dinner on Sunday, Sept. 8 at Delmar VFW from 12:30-4 p.m. at the Delmar VFW, 200 W. State Street. On Monday, Sept. 9 the church’s youth group (Christ Connection) will be meeting from 6-8 p.m. On Friday, Sept. 13 at 6:30 p.m. the church’s youth will be hosting a movie night at 101 E State Street, Delmar DE. The movie will be Unsung Hero. The movie is free. The youth will have hot dogs, popcorn and sodas for sale. Bring your friends, family, chairs and blankets.
On Saturday, Sept. 21, St. Stephen’s will be having a yard sale from 8 a.m.-noon. Scrapple sandwiches will be for sale.
On Saturday, Oct. 19, St. Stephen’s Church will be having a Fall Festival from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m.
Love Lights can now be purchased for the Community Love Light Tree.
St. Stephen’s service times are contemporary service 8:30-9:30 in Came Hall, adult Sunday school begins at 9:30, children’s Sunday school begins at 10 a.m., the traditional service begins at 11 a.m. in the sanctuary.
