In a two-year-long fight for his life against stage 4 cancer, John Rittenhouse, Jr., who grew up in Seaford, is struggling to pay for medical treatment while also providing for his family. He reluctantly admits he cannot do it alone. Friends and family have organized a benefit concert to be held Sunday, Aug. 16, from noon to 3 p.m. at Hooper’s Crab House in Ocean City, Maryland.
