The Seaford School District recently announced the hiring of Glenn Phillips Jr. as the new head coach of the

          Glenn Phillips Jr.

Seaford High School Varsity football team. Coach Phillips brings 23 years of coaching experience in both football and baseball.

Throughout his career, Coach Phillips has held key coaching positions, including head coach, assistant coach, and offensive coordinator at Laurel High School and Parkside High School. His leadership has propelled numerous teams into the postseason, earning him multiple coaching accolades, including the Delaware Football Coaches Association’s Division II Coach of the Year.

Coach Phillips is eager to build upon Seaford’s tradition of excellence and is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

“We are excited to welcome Coach Phillips to Seaford and look forward to seeing his impact on our football program. His experience, leadership, and passion for the game will be a great asset to our student-athletes and community,” said Athletic Director Vincent Evans, Jr.
