Mildred V. Hastings of Laurel passed away on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021.
Mildred devoted her entire life to her family. It truly defined who she was. She looked forward to family get togethers that brought a proud loving smile to her face every time.
Her husband Edward J. Hastings Jr. passed away in 1995. She lost two sons, Roy Hastings in 1994 and Edward Hastings Sr. in 2019.
She is survived by six children, Dennis Hastings, Barbara Winkler, Tommy Hastings, Alan Hastings, Brenda Norwood and Ginger Rickards, 23 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were on Monday, Sept. 27 at the Cranston Funeral Home in Seaford. Burial was in Union Cemetery in Georgetown.
