Louise R. Warrington of Laurel passed away on April 25, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Louise was born on April 28, 1931, to the late Cecil Messick and Blanche Henry Messick. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Louise was a member Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, the First State Antique Tractor Club, and the New Century Club.
Louise is survived by her children; Nancy Brown and her husband Mike, Timothy Warrington and his wife Linda, Judy Duncan, Kathy Willink and her husband Kevin; brother, Ronnie Messick and his wife Ellen; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Lee Warrington.
A visitation was on Tuesday, April 30 at the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home Inc. in Laurel. A funeral service followed with Pastor Lisa Hines officiating. Interment was held at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery.
