James “Jimmy” Elwood Farrelly of Seaford passed away at TidalHealth Nanticoke on Jan. 11, 2022. Born in Seaford, he was the son of the late Brian Heal Farrelly and Mary Cordrey Farrelly. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Jimmy was retired as a custodian with SCOPE Alternative School. He enjoyed fishing, watching movies, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Kelly Robinson Farrelly; son, Brian Farrelly and his wife Jennifer; daughter, Angie Lee Smith and her husband Mike; and his son, James Farrelly of Florida; brothers, Brian Farrelly and his wife Ginny, Donald Farrelly, and Mike Farrelly; grandchildren, Kelly Smith, Tyler Smith, Aiden Farrelly, and Liam Farrelly. Several nieces and nephews also survive him.
All services will be held privately. Arrangements are in the care of the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home in Laurel.
