The Georgetown Public Library Kids: Women of Delaware History program will take place Fridays in March (March 1, 8, 15, and 22) at 3:30 p.m.
Did you know that Delaware has a Women’s Hall of Fame?
From the mother of Delaware’s chicken industry to the most famous woman astronomer in the U.S., our small state has had a long list of extraordinary women!
Join the library as it explores this list of women, their lives, and the reasons they were inducted into our Hall of Fame.
“This will be a great way to celebrate Women’s History Month for the children that come to the library,” said Library Director Rachel Culver.
