Gene “Colly” Horner, Jr. of Bridgeville passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Dori Horner and loving father of Alicia Wilks of Laguna Niguel, CA, and Mary-Ann Horner of Bridgeville.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020 from 2 to 5 p.m., at the Gov. Ross Mansion, 23669 Ross Station Road, Seaford. The family requests casual attire for all in attendance.
