When Pam Price made the move to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, it wasn’t about changing logos; it was about joining a family. “From the very first meeting, it felt like home,” Pam shares. “The level of support, collaboration, and genuine care from the team was something I instantly connected with. It reminded me of why I started in this business in the first place, to help people.”

That spirit of togetherness has always been the foundation of Pam’s success. As a leader with deep roots on the Eastern Shore, she has built her career around the belief that real estate is more than transactions; it’s about relationships. “When you work with people you trust and a team that truly supports one another, you can move mountains,” she says with a smile. “That’s exactly what this move to Berkshire Hathaway represents: growth, unity, and family in every sense of the word.”

At the core of the family’s success is a shared dedication that spans generations. From kitchen table conversations about new listings to late-night phone calls celebrating team wins, real estate has become part of their family DNA. It’s not uncommon to see multiple generations lending a hand, offering advice or celebrating milestones together.

“My family will always come first,” Pam says sincerely. “That’s why Sundays are family days. We might be grilling, swimming in the pool, or just sitting around talking, but those moments keep us grounded. They remind me why I do what I do.”

Of course, Pam’s success is far from a solo effort; it’s truly a family operation. Her husband, Craig, is the one who keeps it running smoothly. Since retiring from UPS, he now manages all the flip houses; handling the renovations, repairs, and behind-the-scenes work that bring each project to life. Pam laughs, “Honestly, keeping me together is a full-time job in itself, and somehow he still finds time to manage everything else!”

And remember those two little girls from Pam’s early commercials saying, “Call our mom, she’s the best!”?

Well, those girls are all grown up now, and they’ve found their own place in the family business.

Her daughter Taylor balances two worlds seamlessly. By day she’s a devoted paraeducator at a nearby elementary school and in her spare time she captures stunning photos of homes for the business. Her eye for detail and love for helping others mirror the family’s passion for community. She’s also pursuing her degree and will graduate in September 2026 to become a kindergarten teacher; a role perfectly suited to her patient and nurturing spirit.

Sydney, inspired by years of watching her mom work with clients, has decided to follow in her footsteps and earned her real estate license. “She’s seen every late-night call, every open house, every closing celebration and she still wanted in,” Pam says proudly. She brings fresh, young energy to the business, one that blends modern marketing savvy with the same work ethics and dedication that has always defined her mom’s approach. Sydney is quickly making her mark with her determination, drive, and ability to connect with clients on a personal level. She’s proof that the next generation of the Price family is ready to carry the legacy forward with heart and hustle.

And last but certainly not least, there’s Maci Mae, the family’s beloved cockapoo, affectionately known as the top dog in real estate. She’s the official office greeter, wagging her tail at the door each morning and hoping every visitor comes bearing treats. “Maci loves her job,” Pam says with a grin. “She brings smiles to everyone she meets.”

Beyond real estate, Pam’s heart for others inspired her to launch the Pam Price Community Foundation, a nonprofit effort built on the belief that community is family too. “Giving back has always been a part of who I am,” Pam explains. “If someone in our community needs a little help, we want to be there for them.”

This year, the foundation has partnered with Mac, Inc. to help bring Christmas cheer to over 1,000 individuals in nursing homes and to those who are sick or shut-in, all while continuing her annual Random Acts of Kindness initiative. Throughout November, the team will be collecting donations of all kinds to make the holidays a little brighter for everyone in need.

“If you’d like to help,” Pam adds, “visit our Facebook page, Pam Price and Associates, for details. Every small act of kindness adds up to something truly special.”

From sold signs to Sunday dinners, it’s clear that Pam’s success is built on more than expertise; it’s built on family.
