Dorothy Jaggers of Laurel passed away on July 15, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgetown, New Jersey, she is the daughter of the late Robert Howey and Katherine Howey Callen. She is survived by her loving husband G. Wayne Jaggers of Laurel; two sons, seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. All services will be held privately.
