Doris E. Merritt of Seaford passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
Doris was a manager for Food City when she retired. She also had worked as a hairdresser. She was a member of Concord United Methodist Church.
Her husband, Wayne Merritt died in 2019. She is survived by two sons, Lee Merritt (Angel), and Lin Merritt (Mona) and five grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Lindsey, Hannah and Beeca.
Funeral Services will be on Thursday, March 18 at noon at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St., Seaford, where friends may call from 11 to 12. Burial will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to Concord United Methodist Church, 25322 Church Rd., Seaford, DE 19973.
