The town of Delmar invites all children to dress up in their most patriotic outfit and decorate their bike, scooter, wagon, tricycle or stroller and join the third annual Delmar Parade on July 4. The gathering will occur at 10 a.m. at Delmar Town Hall, located at 100 S. Pennsylvania Ave. in Delmar, Md. The parade will begin at town hall and end at Gordy Park.
