Curtis (Kurt) J. Spicer passed away peacefully in Seaford on Oct. 16, 2025. He was born on June 16, 1938, in Laurel, son of the late Ella Spicer.
Kurt lived most of his childhood and adult life in Maryland near Washington D.C., before retiring to Bridgeville. He was a veteran in the Air Force and was an executive in the health insurance industry.
Kurt was preceded in death by his wife, Heidi Spicer, and his mother, Ella Spicer.
