Christopher W. Weber of Salisbury passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021 at Anchorage Nursing Home in Salisbury.
Chris was born on Aug. 18, 1941 in Long Island, New York, a son of the late Joseph and Mary Weber.
He worked for the Dupont Company early in his career, and went on to work for Kraft Foods in Baltimore where he retired after 30 years of service. He was a member of Holy Redeemer and St. Francis de Sales Church. He was an avid fisherman, and especially enjoyed fishing in Pine Island Sound, Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra M. Weber; sister, Betty Weber; children, Kenny Weber, Kevin Weber and Kathy Weber Yost; step-daughter, Terri Lynn Jackson; grandchildren, Brad Stafford (Ashley), Ryan Stafford (Erica), Billy Jackson (Alex), Kristin Todd (Joey), Amanda Koerber (Lindsey), and Philip Fields; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Starrie Thomas and Theresa Nero; nephews, Robin Beard and Bill Weber (Linda); best friends, Gerald Riddle and Dick and Cherry Sewers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by step-children, William Frank Jackson and Lisa Marie Cooper; and brothers, Bill Weber, Sr. and Joe Weber.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 11 a.m. at Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
