It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bonnie Kay (Hudson) Lowe of Laurel, who left us peacefully on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Born on Nov. 1, 1941, in Washington, D.C., Bonnie spent her early years in Delmar, where she graduated from Delmar High School. Following high school she worked at Victor Lynn Line and Sears in Salisbury until she married and started a family. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and friend, especially her great-grandson Reid. 

Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Debbie Wilson and her husband, John; sons, Lewis “Doug” Lowe and his fiancee, Nichole and David Lowe; grandsons, Bryant Lowe and his wife, Jaclyn and Mark Wilson; great-grandson, Reid Lowe; sister-in-law, Cyndee Hudson. In addition to her parents, Harry and Nancy Hudson, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Lowe, brother, Phillip Hudson and daughter-in-law, Brenda Lowe.

A visitation was held  on Tuesday, May 27 at Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home, in Laurel. A funeral service followed with Pastor Lisa Hines officiating. Interment was held at Lowe Family Cemetery in Laurel.
