The town of Blades will celebrate America’s 250th anniversary on Saturday, July 25 from noon to 4 p.m. at Blades Park, located at 100 E. Sixth Street. There will be a kids parade (decorate your bikes, wagons, strollers, scooters, golf carts, etc.), relay races, 50/50 raffle, three-legged races, baby races, music, doggy dress-up parade, water balloon toss, food (cotton candy, popcorn, sno cones), and entertainment, including DJ Sky Brady.
