The Delmar Historical and Arts Society will present “An Evening with Charlie Paparella”, with America 250 Patriotic, Folk, and Spiritual Music, conversation, and dance, on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. at Melson’s Community Church, located at 32705 Melson Rd. in Delmar, Md. Tickets are $10.
