Sussex Tech softball tops Caesar Rodney in state tournament game
By Lynn Schofer Sussex Tech sophomore pitcher Cierra Lewis threw a complete game with 10 strikeouts for a 5-3 win over Caesar Rodney in the second round of the DIAA state softball tournament last Thursday. The Ravens’ offense was led by Journey Hearne with two hits and an RBI and Kathryn Calloway with one hit and two RBIs.
