William Robert De Haan of Bridgeville passed away at home on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026. Born on June 2, 1950, in Baltimore, Md., Bill was the son of the late Richard and Mary (Hughes) De Haan.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Grissell M. (Burgos) De Haan; son, Robert (Diana) De Haan; daughter, Christine De Haan; stepson, Andrew M. Hausman; brother, Richard De Haan; grandchildren, Avery, Olivia, and Caitlyn D. Jensen; niece, Suzanne; and nephews, Richard and Curtis.
