The Bi-State Ruritan Oyster Fritter Fundraiser, cooked by the King Boys, will take place on Aug. 29 at Melson Church Community Hall, located at 32705 Melson Rd. in Delmar, Md. Fritters will be ready at 11 a.m. at a cost of $15. Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks will also be available for purchase.
