Lorene J. Foskey of Seaford, formerly of Georgetown, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family. Lorene was born in Ohio on May 31, 1929, the daughter of the late Earl and Della (Adams) Jackson.
Lorene worked as a nurse’s aide for several years. She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Georgetown. Lorene enjoyed going out to eat, playing games, and crossword puzzles. Most of all, Lorene enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin and son, Barry. Lorene is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Willin of Seaford and Beverly Lynch of Montgomery TX; grandchildren, Pamela (Willin) Yingling, Theresa Foskey and Jessica (Willin) Reha; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Rogers, Tyler Willin, Brandon Scott and Carter Reha.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 9 in the Chapel of Delaware Veterans’ Cemetery in Millsboro.
