Once he moved to Harmons Hill, his passion to build things changed to building a punkin chunkin air cannon called Chunknology and participated in that until 2013. When his wife took ill with Alzheimer’s and required him to stay home, his passion changed to restoring antique tractors and he restored seven tractors. He belonged to the First State Tractor Club, Hickory Ridge Tractor Club and Delmarva Antique Tractor and Gas Engine Association where he served as a director at times with each club.
