Roberta Lynn Soltis of Dover passed away on Sunday, July 14 after suffering with metastatic bone cancer. Born Feb. 20, 1945, she is survived by her brother, Jim Stewart (Ann) of Dover; her sister, Libby Stewart Gregg (Ben) of Hockessin; and a niece, Christine Gregg. She is also survived by her cat, Nigel. 

Lynn graduated in 1963 from Seaford High School in Seaford and earned an Associates degree at Goldey Beacom College. She later earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and her Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland.  She lived the last 23 years of her life in Crofton, Md. and retired from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as a Senior Course Administrator in 2014 after 20 years of service.

Services and burial will be private. If you feel so led, please make a contribution, in memory of Lynn, to your local animal shelter or horse rescue as Lynn was a lifelong supporter of animals through various rescue operations.
