James T. Faulkner, Sr. of Seaford passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. He was the son of the late Theodore and Ellen Faulkner.
James was a maintenance mechanic for Perdue Farms for 13 years. Prior to that he worked for Vanderwende Farms for 13 years. He also worked for Ellis Concrete in Federalsburg and for Nanticoke Homes in Greenwood.
His wife Patricia died in 2011. He is survived by a son, James T. Faulkner, Jr. (Chrissy); a daughter, Cindy Hyland (Brendan); and grandchildren, Anthony, Olivia, Elizabeth, James III, Emma, and Kieran.
Funeral services will be on Friday, Aug. 2 at noon at the Seaford Wesleyan Church (The Ark), 26630 Sussex Hwy. in Seaford. Friends may call at the Cranston Funeral Home, on Thursday, Aug. 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 11 a.m. to noon. Burial will be in St. Johnstown Cemetery, Greenwood.
