Donald Junior “Donnie” Spicer passed away at his home on Sunday, March 17, 2024, while napping with his faithful dog, Blue.
Donald was born the son of the late William and Hazel Spicer. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Kowalski and brother, Edward Spicer.
He is survived by his three girls, Michelle Tyndall (Scotty), Chasity Karr (Mike) and Tracey Ackenbrack. His grandson, Donald Spicer was more like a son to him than a grandson. He has nine grandchildren, Donald Spicer, Joey Spicer (Robin), Brandon Spicer, J. T. Tyndall, Jordan Kachnovitz (George), Chelsey Tyndall (Jessica), Makayla Ackenbrack, Tyler Karr (Brooke) and Tanner Karr (Sarah), he also had seven great-grandchildren and one on the way; a brother, Charlie Spicer (Martha); and sister, Violet Rust (Rodney). He also has many nieces and nephews.
Donnie was a great guy who would do anything for anyone. He loved dancing and just hanging out, drinking with friends and family. Donnie was a mechanic by trade and previously worked for the Seaford School District as a custodian. He still tinkered on cars after his retirement. He will be sadly missed by those who knew him.
