Robert Barry Tull of Greenwood passed away on Friday, Jan. 19, 2024 at Delaware Hospice in Milford. He was born on July 1, 1949, in Milford, son of the late William and Margaret (Breeding) Tull.

Mr. Tull was a graduate of Bridgeville High School. He enjoyed a lengthy career with Perdue Farms in Georgetown, retiring as an inventory specialist after 20 dedicated years. Mr. Tull also worked as a school bus driver for McDowell Transit for over 20 years. A keen entrepreneur, he was also a proud owner of two produce stands. He was keenly interested in farming, particularly lima beans.

One of Mr. Tull’s favorite pastimes was relaxing under his walnut tree, sitting under the shade. More than anything, he treasured time spent with those he held most dear. Mr. Tull was a loving and devoted husband, stepfather, step grandfather, brother, and friend. His presence will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know and love him.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Tull was predeceased by his brother, Wayne Tull.  He is survived by his wife, Janet Tull; his stepdaughter, Kasey Joseph of Salisbury; his step grandchildren: Mary Joseph and Nicholas Joseph; his siblings: Michael Tull of Greenwood and Debra Short of Greenwood; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel in Bridgeville.
